HITL Dynamics
The TBME paper with only young data:
A preprint from the recent work is here.
The software that generates the data is in this install kit.
The experimental time series data is here.
The software that analyzes the data is here, with results files included. If you want to recreate the data, you need to put the greenfield and data bin folders beside each other. I did not rewrite the figure-generating software, that would be a rewrite of the postprocessing stuff from the old (messy) batch of software, found here.
Elderly stuff:
The elderly time series is already in the experimental time series above. The elderly data was number-crunched by the same software. The results and the figures are found here.
The spectral data is separate because of its size, so that running the script to view this data will fail unless you rebuild it. To view these figures, you need to recreate this folder as follows. You can set up the software above to re-crunch the time series data into freqData (turn time series into spectral data and run the fitting routine) by putting the new folder in the same parent directory as the time series data, creating an empty folder called freqData in the new folder, then running scripts as described in the README.
The cross-correlation material is here. You can view the figure and inspect the data easily. You can re-crunch the data if this folder is in the same directory as the time series data, and you reset the if(0) statement to if(1) in the main script.
